What we provide
Orca Crypto publishes educational content about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, and offers paid one to one educational sessions.
Everything we provide is education. We explain how technology works, how to use tools safely, and how to research independently.
What we do not provide
- Financial or investment advice. We are not registered investment advisors and nothing we publish or say is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset.
- Legal or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
- Custody or management of assets. We never hold, control or have access to your funds, wallets or accounts.
- Fund recovery. We cannot recover lost or stolen crypto, and neither can anyone else.
- Guaranteed outcomes. Nothing we teach guarantees any financial result.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your own decisions and transactions.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials, seed phrases and devices.
- You confirm you are at least 18 and legally permitted to use crypto services where you live.
- You will not ask us to perform transactions on your behalf or share credentials with us.
Sessions
Booking. Sessions are arranged by email after an initial inquiry. Payment is arranged once a time is agreed.
Rescheduling. Give us at least 24 hours notice and we will reschedule at no cost. Missed sessions without notice may be treated as delivered.
Refunds. If we have not delivered a session, you receive a full refund. If you are unhappy with a session that has been delivered, tell us and we will work with you in good faith to put it right.
Conduct. We may end a session and decline future bookings if a participant is abusive or asks us to do something unlawful.
